Acai Rainbow Smoothie Bowl 

Frozen berries and acai pulp, topped with fresh fruits, granola, and agave,  

make for an amazing and refreshing smoothie bowl for two. 


– 1 ½ cups mixed frozen berrie – 1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk – 1 banana – 4 ounces frozen unsweetened acai pulp (such as Sambazon®)

– ½ cup granola – ½ cup diced mango – ½ cup sliced fresh strawberrie – 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced – 2 tablespoons agave syrup


Place frozen berries, almond milk, banana, and acai pulp in a blender; blend until smooth.  

Pour into 2 bowls and top with granola, mango, strawberries, and kiwi slices. Drizzle with agave syrup.
