Blender Double Chocolate Banana Muffins 

Here's a recipe for Blender Double Chocolate Banana Muffins that is quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients: – 2 large ripe banana – 2 large egg – 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup – 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or any other yogurt – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 1/2 cups rolled oat

– 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup chocolate chips (plus a few extra for topping)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with muffin liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray. 

– In a blender, combine the bananas, eggs, honey or maple syrup, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. – 

Add the oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to the blender. Blend until the batter is smooth and well combined. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times to ensure everything is evenly mixed. 

Fold in the chocolate chips: – Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.

Fill the muffin tins:Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top of each muffin if desired. – 

Cool and serve: – Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
