Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding Recipe  

For ages, Aztec and Mayan cuisines used tiny, modest chia seeds produced in Central and South America.  

We used black chia seeds, but white seeds work too. Mash two bananas and add maple syrup to sweeten the custard.    


Recipe flavour comes from natural peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate powder. Also needed: vanilla essence, salt, and unsweetened almond milk.   

Step 1: Mash the bananas.  

Step 2: Include Additional Ingredients 

Step 3: Whisk in the milk   

Step 4: Fill individual containers.   

Step 5: Refrigerate and serve.
