Cookies And Cream Fudge (Oreo Fudge!)

To make this rich and velvety cookies-and-cream fudge, all you need is a white chocolate foundation and some tasty Oreo cookies.

Even if you've never made fudge before, this chocolatey delight is easy enough to whip up in a flash and would be wonderful on a dessert platter or as a gift.

 Ingredients

Like Oreos, cut 20 chocolate sandwich cookies in half. You may use any kind of crunchy chocolate sandwich cookie; I used Double Stuffed Oreos, but actual Oreos aren't required.

Three cups of white chocolate chips—or around eighteen ounces of white chocolate, chopped into bars or another kind of white chocolate will work just as well.

one can of sweetened condensed milk, fourteen ounces

unsalted butter, three teaspoons You can regulate the saltiness of the finished fudge by using unsalted butter, although a small amount of salt is still necessary.

– 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make Cookies And Cream Fudge

Before setting aside, line an 8-by-8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

Ziplock 15 chocolate cookies. Take the vanilla frosting from the last five cookies and put it in the bag of 15. In another zip-top bag, place the remaining chocolate biscuit pieces.

Roller-pin the cookies into large pieces in each bag. Put both cookie bags aside.

Mix sweetened condensed milk, butter, white chocolate chips, and salt in a heavy pan. Turn the mixture over medium-low heat until the butter and chocolate melt, stirring regularly with a silicone spatula.

Remove fudge from heat. Thoroughly mix vanilla into the fudge.

Gently incorporate the larger bag of crushed chocolate biscuits into the fudge mixture quickly. Pour the fudge into the square pan immediately. Sprinkle the remaining bag of cookie crumbs on the fudge immediately.

Wrap fudge in aluminum foil. Allow the mixture to chill for 4 hours or overnight in the fridge until stiff.

Take the fudge out of the pan. Enjoy by slicing the fudge into sixteen pieces.
