Easy Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients: – 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional) – 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: – Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. This ensures they cook evenly.

Season the Chicken: – In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and thyme. – Rub the olive oil all over the chicken breasts.

Preheat the Grill: – Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-450°F or 190-230°C).

Grill the Chicken: – Place the chicken breasts on the grill. – Grill for 6-8 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-8 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) 

Rest the Chicken:Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, making the chicken more flavorful and moist. – 

Serve: – Serve the grilled chicken breasts with your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, salad, or rice.
