Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients: – 1/2 cup rolled oat – 1/2 cup milk (or any milk alternative) – 1/2 cup yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess) – 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture and nutrition) – 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup)

Toppings (optional): – Fresh or dried fruits (e.g., berries, banana slices, raisins) – Nuts or seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds) – Nut butter (e.g., almond butter, peanut butter) – Spices (e.g., cinnamon, nutmeg) – Chocolate chips or cocoa nib

– In a jar or container with a lid, combine the oats, milk, yogurt (if using), chia seeds (if using), sweetener, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. – Stir well to mix all the ingredients together. – Seal the jar or container with the lid.

In the morning, stir the oats again, add your desired toppings, and enjoy! 

Berry Bliss:Add 1/2 cup of mixed berries before refrigerating. Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds and a drizzle of honey in the morning. – 

Banana Nut: – Add 1/2 a sliced banana and a handful of chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans) before refrigerating.

Chocolate Peanut Butter: – Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter before refrigerating

Apple Cinnamon: – Add 1/2 a chopped apple and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon before refrigerating. – Top with a few raisins and a drizzle of maple syrup in the morning.
