Ideal acai bowl

Ingredients- Consume frozen acai berries or packets, which are nutrient-dense and high in antioxidants. Other options include frozen bananas   

ripe avocado (a secret ingredient), peanut butter, coconut milk, or plant milk of choice.   

First, prepare the frozen bananas. Peel a ripe banana, split it in half, and freeze for at least 12 hours.    

While frozen bananas can be kept in the freezer for several months, they taste best within the first three months.   

Place all of the smoothie ingredients in the blender. To prepare avocado, cut it in half lengthwise (like a hotdog) and carefully remove the pit with a knife. Use a spoon to scoop out the green section of the skin. 

Fill the blender with coconut milk until half of the remaining ingredients are coated. This is one way to get an extra thick smoothie. If the blender stalls too frequently, you can easily add extra.   

If the blender stalls (listen for a higher pitched whirring noise), stop and stir, or use a "agitator" to move the mixture about. An agitator is a stick used to stir ingredients in a blender.   

The key to getting an exceptionally creamy smoothie bowl is to start slow and gradually increase speed. Check for movement in the blender. When everything is moving smoothly, increase the pace slightly.
