Raspberry Overnight Oats

Here's a simple and tasty recipe for Raspberry Overnight Oats:

Ingredients: – 1/2 cup rolled oat – 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberrie – 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice) – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt) – 1-2 tablespoons chia seed

Prepare the Base: – In a medium-sized bowl or a mason jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Mix Well: – Stir everything together until well combined. Make sure the oats are fully submerged in the liquid.

Refrigerate:Cover the bowl or mason jar with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight (or at least 4-6 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften. –

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

Top with additional fresh raspberries, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and any other desired toppings such as nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut.

– For added flavor and texture, consider adding a tablespoon of nut butter or a handful of granola on top before serving. –

You can prepare multiple servings at once by multiplying the ingredients and storing them in individual jars for easy grab-and-go breakfasts throughout the week.

Overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, making them a convenient meal prep option.
