– 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunk – 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunk – 1 banana – 1 cup coconut water or almond milk – 1 teaspoon ground turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or a small piece of fresh ginger)

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) – 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture and nutrition) – 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for a tangy kick) – Ice cubes (if using fresh fruit and a colder smoothie is desired)

Prepare the Ingredients: – If using fresh ginger, peel and finely grate it. – If using fresh fruit, consider adding a few ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.
