The Southern Ambrosia Smoothie is dairy-free and vegan.

This plant-based Southern Ambrosia Smoothie may be quickly prepared in just two minutes for a refreshing and light breakfast.

You'll want to enjoy the thick, creamy delight with a spoon because of the lovely combination of delicious cherries, bananas, oranges, and pineapples!

My go-to morning meal swiftly changes from toast, pancakes, eggs or muesli to a lighter, fresher and colder morning meal (usually in the shape of a smoothie) when the weather becomes warmer!

What is it about the warm sunshine that makes our bodies want for foods high in nutrients, such as fruits, vegetables, and other foods found on Mother Earth?

Smoothies are the ideal counterpoint to the long, gloomy winter months spent curled up inside eating hearty bowls of comfort food!

I recently created a whole new smoothie recipe inspired by the enormous assortment of plant-based milks and the baskets of fresh fruits at Target. I whipping up this cool breakfast delight used the flavours from our family's favourite Southern Ambrosia dessert!

For as long as I can remember, Southern Ambrosia salad has always been a mainstay on my family's holiday meals.

½ cup frozen Sugar-Free Pineapple Chunks ½ cup frozen Sugar-Free Dark Sweet Whole Pitted Cherries 1-sliced, frozen tiny banana One orange zest Add ½ cup unsweetened Silk Coconut Milk or more for thinning.
