My go-to morning meal swiftly changes from toast, pancakes, eggs or muesli to a lighter, fresher and colder morning meal (usually in the shape of a smoothie) when the weather becomes warmer!

I recently created a whole new smoothie recipe inspired by the enormous assortment of plant-based milks and the baskets of fresh fruits at Target. I whipping up this cool breakfast delight used the flavours from our family's favourite Southern Ambrosia dessert!

½ cup frozen Sugar-Free Pineapple Chunks ½ cup frozen Sugar-Free Dark Sweet Whole Pitted Cherries 1-sliced, frozen tiny banana One orange zest Add ½ cup unsweetened Silk Coconut Milk or more for thinning.
