Vegan chocolate cake is ideal for parties.

This vegan chocolate cake requires one and a half cups all-purpose flour, one cup sugar, one-third cup cocoa powder, one teaspoon baking soda

one-half teaspoon salt, one cup warm water, one teaspoon vanilla extract, one-third cup oil, and one teaspoon apple cider vinegar.

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Avoid lumps by whisking flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix warm water, vanilla essence, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar in a separate basin.

Stir wet and dry until just mixed. Do not overmix. Two cups powdered sugar, three-quarters cup cocoa powder, and half cup vegan butter for frosting

Place the batter in a greased nine-inch round cake pan or parchment paper for easy removal. Tap the pan gently to expel air bubbles. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, about 30 minutes in the preheated oven.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling before frosting. Beat vegan butter until creamy to start icing

Add powdered sugar and cocoa powder slowly, blending well. To thin it, add one spoonful of non-dairy milk at a time.

Use a spatula or knife to evenly frost the cake. Decorate the vegan chocolate cake and have a slice or share.
